Similar to some of the services our client Underwriters Laboratories offers, HealthyStuff.org is a website dedicated to testing toxic chemicals within consumer products. With many of the recent news stories about defective or dangerous products coming from other countries, is it any wonder a website like this hasn’t popped up already? They take consumer goods such as toys, pet items, clothing, and other accessories or products and test each part and parcel of the product to ensure there are no dangerous or toxic chemicals within them you should be aware of. For example, here’s a screen shot of a Singing and Dancing Gorilla. I bet they didn’t include arsenic and lead on the box when they marketed this product.
