When I’ve attended the AIGA Annual Meeting, I walk out reinvigorated and ready to design. This year I am sure will not be an exception. If you’re a member, you get a nice discount. But, even if you’re not a member, it’s definitely worth attending. Join me! Just bought my ticket.
From their post:
Join AIGA Chicago in celebrating another successful year. This year’s event is being held at The Art Institute of Chicago, an institution that’s made landmark change with the opening of the Modern Wing-the perfect place to celebrate a year of design in Chicago.
Our featured speaker, AIC Curator of Design, Zoë Ryan will share with us her experience in helping create the new design collection at the Art Institute of Chicago.
We’re also excited to award our first Corporate Leadership Award to Crate and Barrel, a long-standing Chicago leader in design business with a history of giving back to our community and championing excellent design. We’ll also honor Fellow Award winner Morton Goldsholl for his outstanding influence on Chicago design.
Our Annual Members Meeting promises to be an exciting and inspiring evening, complete with a reception catered by Bon Appétit, a company known for its culinary expertise and commitment to socially responsible practices, in AIC’s McKinlock Court.

It‘s quiet in here! Why not leave a response?
