		<description>The group has pretty much stayed the same. I have the same problem: some days it&#039;s just easier to ride and some days it&#039;s just easier to take transit. But, you&#039;re right: it should just be part of the day&#039;s commute and there&#039;s no exceptions.</description>

		<description>So...How is it going? Has the group grown, shank, stayed the same? You know, I have an idea that might help keep the team motivated (if they need a little motivation, that is:)). I was talking to some people I know that ride to work every day. Of course, I live in California so that is much more appealing 12 months out of the year than in Chicago. I personally keep saying that I am going to start working out but it&#039;s always really optional in my mind. Maybe I&#039;ll make it and maybe I won&#039;t. They said I was thinking about it all wrong. It is not an option. Instead, think of it as &#039;cycling is the only way I have to get to work&#039; period. When you start thinking about it that way then it is much easier to just do it - even when it is the last thing you feel like doing.</description>
